The Stock Market

THE PERFECT WEEKEND BRUNCH

Recently, the Brunch Club menu was launched, perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing weekend while indulging in some comfort food. Offered every Sunday, it features The Stock Market’s signature regional American cuisine at the perfect time when both early and late risers can converge to have a truly sumptuous start.

From parents to kids and even-health conscious grandparents, the special menu has got something for everyone. First off, omelette lovers can rejoice about their endless variety of dishes inspired by the breakfast treat. There’s the All Meat Omelet (P 270), an omelet made out of ham and sausages, served with homemade fries and healthy wheat bread. Then there’s the Smoked Cheddar Cheese Omelet (P250), a heavenly treat cheese lovers will die for! A two-egg omelette of smoked cheese served with home fries and wheat bread. Lest you think the restaurant only caters for the hearty eaters, think again. The health-conscious can still have their fill with the Vegetable Harvest Omelette (P240), a blend of garden-fresh vegetables, whipped with the freshest of eggs, and finished off with a generous dose of creamy bèchamel sauce. It’s also served with a side of home fries and wheat bread.

But if your definition of breakfast is a hefty chunk of meat on your plate, the restaurant also has quite a few of these meaty breakfast dishes on their menu. There’s the restaurant’s spin on an old American favorite, Steak & Eggs (P560) – a slice of hearty steak served with diced potatoes and two eggs. The Eggs Benedict (P320) is another crowd-pleaser, with its really crisp bacon and perfectly poached eggs placed over some soft, squidgy, lightly toasted English muffins and topped with a healthy dollop of creamy hollandaise sauce. Mouthwatering and glazed with just the right amount of sweetness, their Marmalade Sausages and Eggs (P295) features a tropical twist that’s made by adding pineapple marmalade glaze to their Nurnburger sausages served alongside two eggs, homemade fries, and wheat bread. For kids and those hankering for something even sweeter, there’s the Hazelnut Ganache and Kielbasa Sausage (P360), a treat you can only find at The Stock Market. It’s a chocolate-filled French toast covered in wild honey and served with Kielbasa sausage and homemade fries.
