Ingredients
200 g (200 g) ground pork
100 g (100 g) carrot, diced
200 g (200 g) potato, diced
1 pouch (80 g) DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy Menudo Sauce
1/4 cup (38.75 g) raisins
1/3 cup (26.67 g) cooked/frozen green peas
3 pc (375 g) medium ripe saba bananas, sliced diagonally and fried
5 pc (250 g) fried eggs
2 tbsp (28 g) cooking oil
2 tsp (12 g) patis
1/4 tsp (.75 g) pepper
Procedures

 

1. SAUTé pork until brown. Add carrot, potato and 2 tsp patis. Cook for 5 minutes.

 

2. ADD DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy Menudo Sauce, raisins and 1/4 tsp pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add green peas. Cook for 2 minutes.

 

3. SERVE with saba, rice and eggs if desired.
