Ingredients
14 pc (300 g) large pechay leaves
8 cloves (40 g) garlic, crushed
1 pc (75 g) large onion, diced
1 tbsp (10 g) minced ginger
2 pc (16 g) siling haba, sliced
1/2 kg (500 g) medium tilapia, cleaned
3/4 cup (393 g) kakang gata, (1st extraction)
1 pouch (250 g) DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce
Procedures

 

1. COVER bottom of casserole with pechay and the first 4 ingredients. Arrange fish on top.

 

2. MIX kakang gata with DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce. Pour over fish. Season with salt to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
