Ginataang Tilapia
Rich in Iron - for healthy red blood cells
Makes 6 servings


| 14 pc (300 g) | large pechay leaves |
| 8 cloves (40 g) | garlic, crushed |
| 1 pc (75 g) | large onion, diced |
| 1 tbsp (10 g) | minced ginger |
| 2 pc (16 g) | siling haba, sliced |
| 1/2 kg (500 g) | medium tilapia, cleaned |
| 3/4 cup (393 g) | kakang gata, (1st extraction) |
| 1 pouch (250 g) | DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce |

1. COVER bottom of casserole with pechay and the first 4 ingredients. Arrange fish on top.
2. MIX kakang gata with DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce. Pour over fish. Season with salt to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
