Easy Meat Roll
Good source of Thiamine - helps maintain normal funtioning of the nerves
Makes 8 servings


| 300 g (300 g) | ground pork |
| 1 pc (50 g) | egg |
| 18 g (18 g) | DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning |
| 150 g (150 g) | carrot, chopped |
| 50 g (50 g) | red bell pepper, chopped |
| 1 tbsp (20 g) | pickle, relished |

1. COMBINE all ingredients and mix well. Divide mixture evenly into two.
2. WRAP each mixture in aluminum foil and steam for 1 hour. Another option, place mixture in a small loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
