Ingredients
300 gramsground lean pork
100 gramstokwa (tofu), mashed
200 gramsgabi, grated
1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce
2 tbspchopped garlic
1 pclarge egg
1 cupall-purpose flour
1 tbspsugar
1/2 tbspDEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar
1 1/4 tspiodized fine salt, or 1 tbsp & & 3/4 tsp iodized rock salt
1/4 tsppepper
Procedures

 

1. COMBINE all ingredients.Roll every 1 tbsp of mixture into balls and arrange on a tray.

2. FRY in oil until crisp and golden brown.
