Ingredients
1 kg (1000 g) whole chicken, cut into halves or vserving pieces
3 tbsp (36.6 g) atsuete seeds, soaked in 3 tbsp hot water and strained
1 tbsp (10 g) sinigang mix powder
1/2 tsp (1 g) pepper
2 pouches (115 g each) DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits
2 stalks (38 g) tanglad, pounded
1 tbsp (14 g) minced garlic
1 tsp (3.2 g) minced ginger
Procedures

 

1. BLEND all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

 

2. COOK as desired, either pan-grill, pan fry, charcoal-grill, until chicken is done. Or bake at 350°F preheated oven for 40 minutes. Serve.
