Chicken Inasal
Excellent source of Niacin - promotes normal digestion & healthy skin
Makes 6 servings


| 1 kg (1000 g) | whole chicken, cut into halves or vserving pieces |
| 3 tbsp (36.6 g) | atsuete seeds, soaked in 3 tbsp hot water and strained |
| 1 tbsp (10 g) | sinigang mix powder |
| 1/2 tsp (1 g) | pepper |
| 2 pouches (115 g each) | DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits |
| 2 stalks (38 g) | tanglad, pounded |
| 1 tbsp (14 g) | minced garlic |
| 1 tsp (3.2 g) | minced ginger |

1. BLEND all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
2. COOK as desired, either pan-grill, pan fry, charcoal-grill, until chicken is done. Or bake at 350°F preheated oven for 40 minutes. Serve.
