Sandosenang Fritata
Good source of Iron - for healthy red blood cells
Makes 8 servings

| 2 pc (60 g) | hotdog, sliced |
| 100 g (100 g) | longganisa, removed from casing |
| 1 pack (18 g) | DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning |
| 200 g (200 g) | potatoes, cut into strips |
| 5 pc (250 g) | eggs, beaten |

1. IN 9" frying pan, sautè longganisa, hotdog and potatoes in 1/2 tbsp oil for 5 minutes. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
2. ADD DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning and sautè for another minute. Pour in eggs. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, without opening.
