Ingredients
2 pc (60 g) hotdog, sliced
100 g (100 g) longganisa, removed from casing
1 pack (18 g) DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
200 g (200 g) potatoes, cut into strips
5 pc (250 g) eggs, beaten
Procedures

 

1. IN 9" frying pan, sautè longganisa, hotdog and potatoes in 1/2 tbsp oil for 5 minutes. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

 

2. ADD DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning and sautè for another minute. Pour in eggs. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, without opening.
