Mighty Sopas
Excellent source of Thiamine - helps maintain normal functioning of the nerves
Makes 4 servings

| 100 g (100 g) | carrot, cut into chunks |
| 3 strips (100 g) | bacon |
| 150 g (150 g) | chicken breast fillet, cut into strips |
| 2 cups (476 g) | chicken broth or water |
| 1 pack (18 g) | DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning |
| 1 tbsp (14 g) | margarine |
| 75 g (75 g) | DEL MONTE Elbow Macaroni |
| 9 pc (49.5 g) | Baguio beans |
| 1/2 cup (127.5 g) | evaporated milk |
| 1/4 cup (28.75 g) | grated cheddar cheese |

1. BOIL carrot in chicken broth for 10 minutes or until very tender. Mash carrot, reserve broth and set aside.
2. COOK bacon in pan without oil for 7 minutes or until just crispy. Discard oil, slice bacon and set aside,
3. IN the same pan, saute chicken and DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning in margarine. Add DEL MONTE Elbow Macaroni. Sautè for 2 minutes. Add reserve broth. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes.
4. ADD beans and mashed carrot. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add milk and cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes.
