Inihaw Na Pusit
Excellent source of Iron - for healthy red blood cells
Makes 5 servings

| 1 kg (1000 g) | medium pusit, backbone removed |
| 1 pc (250 g) | medium green mango, cut into strips (optional green mango salad) |
| 100 g (100 g) | tomatoes, sliced |
| 1 tsp | DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning |
| 1 pack (18 g) | DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning |
| 1 tbsp (16.2 g) | calamansi juice |
| 2 tsp (6.4 g) | minced ginger |
| 1 tbsp (17 g) | soy sauce |

1. MAKE a list on both sides of pusit. Marinate for 10 minutes. Charcoal grill until cooked.
2. GREEN mango salad: Mix all ingredients. Serve with inihaw na pusit.
