Ingredients
1 kg (1000 g) medium pusit, backbone removed
1 pc (250 g) medium green mango, cut into strips (optional green mango salad)
100 g (100 g) tomatoes, sliced
1 tspDEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
1 pack (18 g) DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
1 tbsp (16.2 g) calamansi juice
2 tsp (6.4 g) minced ginger
1 tbsp (17 g) soy sauce
Procedures

 

1. MAKE a list on both sides of pusit. Marinate for 10 minutes. Charcoal grill until cooked.

 

2. GREEN mango salad: Mix all ingredients. Serve with inihaw na pusit.
