Beef Pochero With Eggplant Sauce
Excellent source of Niacin - promotes normal digestion & healthy skin
Makes 4 servings

| 400 g (400 g) | beef round, cut into chunks |
| 1 pack (18 g) | DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning |
| 1 pack (115 g) | DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce |
| 100 g (100 g) | potato, cut into chunks |
| 1 pc (30 g) | chorizo de bilbao, sliced |
| 1 pc (125 g) | ripe saba banana, sliced diagonally |
| 100 g (100 g) | cabbage, sliced |
| 1/4 kg (250 g) | eggplant |
| 2 tbsp (30 g) | DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar |
| 1 1/4 tsp (8.25 g) | DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning |

1. BOIL beef in 1-2 cups water with DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning and DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce until beef is tender.
2. ADD potatoes, chorizo de bilbao and saba. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cabbage. Simmer once.
Eggplant SAUCE:
1. BROIL eggplant. Peel and mash with DEL MONTE Vinegar and DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning. Serve with Pochero
