Ingredients
400 g (400 g) beef round, cut into chunks
1 pack (18 g) DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
1 pack (115 g) DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce
100 g (100 g) potato, cut into chunks
1 pc (30 g) chorizo de bilbao, sliced
1 pc (125 g) ripe saba banana, sliced diagonally
100 g (100 g) cabbage, sliced
1/4 kg (250 g) eggplant
2 tbsp (30 g) DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar
1 1/4 tsp (8.25 g) DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
Procedures

 

1. BOIL beef in 1-2 cups water with DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning and DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce until beef is tender.

 

2. ADD potatoes, chorizo de bilbao and saba. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cabbage. Simmer once.

Eggplant SAUCE:

 

1. BROIL eggplant. Peel and mash with DEL MONTE Vinegar and DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning. Serve with Pochero
