Chicken Carrot Spaghetti
Good source of Riboflavin- essntial for growth and production of red blood cells
Makes 4 servings

| 1 pack (175 g) | DEL MONTE Spaghetti (Merienda Pack), cooked (reserve 1/4 tbsp pasta broth) |
| 3 cloves (15 g) | garlic, minced |
| 1 pc (30 g) | onion, chopped |
| 1/2 cup (130 g) | diced chicken meat |
| 80 grams | carrot, coarsely grated |
| 1 pouch (250 g) | DEL MONTE Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce |
| 1/4 cup (28.75 g) | grated cheddar cheese |

1. SAUTE garlic, onion, chicken and carrots. Add DEL MONTE Spaghetti Sauce, pasta broth and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. POUR over or mix with cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti. Top with grated cheese.
