Tuna Mushroom Carbonara
Rich in Iodine- helps prevent goiter
Makes 4 servings

| 1 pack (175 g) | DEL MONTE Spaghetti (Merienda Pack), cooked (reserve 3 tbsp pasta broth) |
| 1 pouch (250 g) | DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce |
| 1/3 cup (67 g) | canned sliced mushroom |
| 1 tbsp (15 g) | butter |
| 1 can (155 g) | tuna chunks in oil/water |
| 3 tbsp (27 g) | grated cheddar cheese |

1. SAUTE mushrooms in butter for 1 minute. Add DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce. Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
2. ADD tuna chunks, pasta broth and cheese. Heat thoroughly.
3. POUR over cooked pasta. Top with extra cheese if desired.
